  The staff were very friendly and it was very spacious.

  It's a small thing but there was an unusual smell in the room. Also, it might be a good idea to have a section for brochures on activities and things to do in Montreal?

  I like the fact that there is a full and functional kitchen in every suite. I was truly impressed. The refrigerator was spacious and the oven was a full size. I also like the terrace where my husband and I had coffee every morning and wine every evening.

  The bath towels were too small. I also wish the hotel had a small restaurant but since there is a kitchen and a supermarket nearby the lack of a restaurant was not too inconvenient.

  Very spacious hotel at a good location for a reasonable price. We enjoyed the roof terrace.

  What you see is what you get - it is a bit out dated. But it is very spacious and therefore it doesn't bother you much. Breakfast could improve (juice was terrible, croissants where not really fresh and fluffy as they supposed to be, but yogurt and fresh fruit was nice), but you can also see it as an extra.

  The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and big. It is a great location within walking distance of the main areas of the city. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool and the view of Montreal. The breakfast was also really nice.

  19.5 dollars a day for the parking is quite expensive.

  Room was tidy, staff was helpful, rooftop deck was nice. Close to shops, restaurants etc on St Laurent and Ste Catherine streets.

  Quite basic, decor feels a bit tired, elevators slow, door to balcony was broken.

  The room had a kitchenette which is great as you quickly forget what it can be like eating out day in day out on a 2 week holiday, so good to have something home cooked. Breakfast is plentiful and included in the accommodation price, juice, coffee, bagels, toast, waffles, fresh fruit, muffins - fantastic.

  Reception staff at the front desk were not as helpful as they could be in terms of recommending places to eat in the area. Some of the wallpaper in the room was a bit shabby and torn in parts, however the room and bathroom were clean.

  The staff were so nice from the minute we came in. We arrived very early and we did not expect to have our room ready. I needed to use the Internet for work. I explained the situation and instead of just providing me with Internet access in the lobby, they called upstairs and asked the cleaning staff to advise them the minute a room was available. It took 5 minutes and I was able to get in my room and start working. The continental breakfast was pretty decent. They allow us to bring a tray upstairs...so I could bring food to my wife who was not up when breakfast was over.

  Parking is extremely small and low. I'm only 5.7 and I had to bend to avoid hiting pipes. Most cars could not park there (although there a few spots outside for mini vans...). The decoration is pretty old. With the current size of the rooms, their friendly staff, locations and price they could make something very nice if they only removed the wall papers and changed some of the furniture.
